There are everywhere theses days.
Many banks are on busy streets with a lot of foot traffic.
Thery are concentrated near subway stations or large universities.
There are ATMs outside where you can get cash.
When you walk in, you can see tellers sitting at their desks.
Normally, there is also a security guard on duty.
Plus, there are screen that show the exchange rates for various currencies.

What do you do from the moment you walk in until you walk out?
답변 : When I go to banks, I frist pull out a number and wait for my turn.
When they call my number, I go up to the teller and take care of my business.
I most often check my balance or make wire transfers.
I sometimes deposite or withdraw money.
Plus, I sometimes open a new account.
I aslo open savings account or checking account.
Plus, I sometime exchnage currency before I go on trips overseas.
Also, I sometime get a loan when I need money.
Plus, I sometime get my debit cared issued.
Plus, I sometimes pay bills or traffic tickets.
So, these are things I do when I go to banks.

답변 : One of the biggest changes that has happened to banks is online banking.
It has had a major impact on the banking sector.
I can do mobile banking wherever I am, whenever I want to.
Banking has become a lot easier than in the past.
It take much less time and effort.
To do mobile banking, I need several passwords.
I make wire transfers most often through mobile banking.
also I can exchange currency and make saving account.
If you can use the internet, you can handle most banking tasks.
So, I think mobile banking is one of the biggest changes that has happended to banks.

Tell me about a problem you had that involved your bank.
Maybe the bank was closed or perhaps the bank might have made some kind of mistake.
Tell me how you dealt with that problem.
답변 : I remember a time when I went to the bank to pay a pill
I went during lunch time.
But, when I got to the bank, there were so many people there.
I pulled out a waiting number.
However, there were a least 20 people waiting in front of me.
It was impossible to guess how long it would take.
Unfortunately, lunch time was almost over, so I had to leave.
Eventually, I had to pay a late fee because I paid the bill late.
Ever since that incident, I try to avoid busy hours at the bank.
